On Tuesday 5th May Year 1 and 2 enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Cathedral where they met Tizzy, the Cathedral spider who like to climb the huge stone pillars, baptised a baby, shared communion bread and wine, imagined what it might have been like to have been a monk and get up at 2am for the first of seven services of the day, dressed up as a Priest and Bishop, lay on the floor and looked up at the ceiling high above them, admired the beautiful stained glass windows, lit a candle, heard the massive organ being played and ate lunch in the cloisters.
