This Week  

In maths we have been looking at coordinates, using these to plan an Egyptian house. In literacy we used Scratch (a program) on the computers to create a conversation between 2 or 3 characters from a myth, an Egyptian one. Also, on Wednesday, Aston’s mum has been in to help us with our ideas for Virgin Money, Make £5 Grow, businesses. Thursday was world book day so we arrived in school in costumes as a character from a book and then another visitor came in to work with us about a story for the morning. Friday is more normal, swimming in the morning and Pick and Mix in the afternoon so a very busy week!
