We had great fun at our first Curiosity Cafe. It was messy, creative and exciting. We took part in the Big Draw, making carriages for our school train. We even drew views from the windows! We painted with our hands, our feet, and used lots of different materials.

We had an amazing day with Baseline on Monday. We were outside all day! A huge thank-you to the FORS for such a fun-filled day!

We were all amazing at our first proper Sports Day! We had a great time and all tried our very best!

In Ruby class, we all really enjoyed our karate taster session. We learnt punches, kicks, how to do a proper press-up, and blocks. We also got to wrestle! We were very good at it. We were told at the end that karate must not be done in school, only with a karate teacher!

We shared a story about a mysterious island. Creatures from long ago live there in secret – we think they might be dinosaurs! We made the island in our classroom and thought about how we traveled to get there. We did lots of fantastic drawing and writing about it. We will continue our story next week…

We met Wes Hoolahan! It was very exciting!

We are so proud of all the children for their fantastic performances in the Christmas play, ‘Humph the Camel’. Well done everyone!

We had a fabulous time at our first Numeracy Cafe today. We played with lots of resources, inside and out, and enjoyed showing our mummies and daddies what we have learned since we have been at school.

The children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 worked together to make Rangoli patterns. Some children chose to work inside, and some chose to work outside. All the children worked really well together. We have made a display of all their artwork in  the Year 1/Reception cloakrooms and it looks amazing!
